ABOUT
Over the years, my journey has led me across Europe, then to England, Australia, and the Middle East, before eventually bringing me to Canada. These experiences abroad have broadened my perspective.
During my childhood and teenage years, dance and gymnastics shaped my connection to movement and to my body. In 2004, while living in England, I discovered yoga for the first time. That initial encounter awakened something deep within me, and yoga became an essential part of my life. Since then, I have continuously cultivated my practice through daily dedication, while also taking classes in different studios and throughout my travels. Each place, teacher, and experience has brought a new perspective and continues to inspire the way I practice and share yoga today.
Guided by a growing passion, I began a teacher training program in 2022 in Montreal, a city that has profoundly influenced both my path and my practice, where I also completed additional trainings in Advanced yoga, Yin, and restorative yoga. I'm currently deepening my studies in Yoga Nidra and exploring fields such as neuroscience. Today, I continue learning from teachers around the world, whose approaches continually nourish and enrich both my personal practice and the way I share yoga with others.
Through these experiences, my teaching weaves together Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and restorative styles, moving between energy, rhythm, and stillness. Each style offers a different way to explore breath, movement, and self-awareness, whether through a vibrant flow or a deep release. My intention is to create a space where everyone feels supported, curious, and free to move at their own pace. While teaching across diverse communities and venues, CD Motions Yoga represents my own evolving project, a place where I can continue to explore, develop, and share my approach to yoga.
